TYPES OF ENGAGEMENT

    • Engage in full, or partial four-phased process Minimum engagement is typically 3 months
    • Includes all or part of the four-phased process, work can be divided and scoped in phases
    • To be most successful, we require access to all levels of the organization, including front like staff

  • CUSTOMIZED WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING

    • Includes a shortened discovery process to align on needs and scope
    • Deliver a series of facilitated workshops with teams to work toward specific goals
    • Deliver analysis and summary of findings upon completion

  • FACILITATION

    • For shorter-term needs of a single meeting or retreat
    • Includes short discovery session (1-2 hours), preparation and meeting attendance
