The Strategic Nonprofit: A Two-Sided Model for Sustainability
Nonprofits operate two businesses at once—one serving the communities they're mission-bound to support, and one generating the revenue that makes it all possible. This workshop helps leaders see both businesses clearly, stress-test how well they align, and identify decisions that will shape long-term sustainability.

Fundraising Essentials
Raising money often becomes a highly transactional endeavor; organizations can get stuck chasing uncertain grants or relying on a handful of major donors (with no back-up if one falls through). This workshop introduces a fundamentally different approach: one rooted in relationships, revenue diversification, and board engagement that actively sustains your mission.
Explore Purpose-Driven Data
Activating Data for Decision-Making
Many organizations collect data but struggle to put it to work. This workshop helps you bridge the gap between data collection and confident, values-aligned decision-making—exploring what data your organization actually needs and how to use it to tell your impact story with clarity and integrity.
